Mark Lynch was my trainer for the dogman course and he really helped me and the whole class. I went into my theory test very confident because the lessons were full of information. In the practical lessons Mark really helped me understand dogging and how to sling loads up safely.

Ascent Training is a well oiled machine run by a team of experienced professionals who really know their stuff. Here’s the thing though, what makes Ascent Training unique is the people who pass on their skill's, knowledge and experience the same way a benevolent family member would. They want us to succeed. I was encouraged to dig deep at times and even experienced some tough love when I repeated a mistake with the whistle. Anyway, after 7 full days and 5 nights, I passed my assessments in Dogman, C6 crane and Forklift. Thank you Kevin and team!

Honestly, Ascent Training in Richlands is probably the best value you'll find in Brisbane. They've got some of the best trainers around, and it’s definitely the most affordable option I’ve come across. Highly recommend!

As an interstate student I was able to inquire about course dates and times same day I sat the course. I inquired at 11am and caught a flight and was sitting in class by 4pm for a night course. I stayed at the onsite facilities making things even easier. Exceptional organisation, accomodation and course equipment.

I’ve done my working at heights confined space ewp, I've just finished my dogmans today, Theo was a great instructor he made sure we had the knowledge coming into our assessment, Mark made sure we had all skills to prepare for our dogging practical assessment. If you put in the hard yards you will pass, and as for kevin always goes above and beyond making it very affordable for any courses you need and welcoming I do recommend ascent to anyone new to the idustry. I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to come to complete my riggers course.
