What is BERT Training Fund?
The BERT Training Fund (BTF) is a joint union and employer initiative that provides members of the Building Employees Redundancy Trust (BERT) with funding and assistance to improve their skills in the building and construction industry.
As an approved BERT Training provider (RTO 32108), Ascent Training Solutions can directly claim your training subsidy – meaning you don’t pay upfront and wait for reimbursement. We reduce your costs from the start.
Are You Eligible?
If you’re a BERT member working in construction, you can access subsidised training. This includes construction workers, apprentices, trainees, and even unemployed workers who are BERT members.
You can be subsidised for training up to the value you’ve contributed to your fund – and the funding doesn’t come out of your redundancy fund.
