What does the Skid Steer Loader course cover?
The Skid Steer Loader course (RIIMPO318F) covers the safe operation of a skid steer loader in civil construction environments. You’ll learn how to conduct pre-operational checks, operate the machine in confined and open areas, attach and use a range of implements, move and place materials safely, and carry out post-operational procedures. Training is competency based and includes both theory and practical components.
Do I need a licence to operate a skid steer loader?

Most employers and principal contractors will require evidence of this competency before allowing you to operate on site.
