Scaffolding licence FAQs

Should I do all three courses back-to-back?

If you have the time and money, why not do it all at once while you’re in the frame of mind of study, knock them over? Be aware that if you’re new to the industry, getting into advanced roles will require experience. That being said, you don’t get the intermediate or advanced skills unless you have the right licenses.

What is it like being a scaffolder?

If you’re comfortable working out in the sun and aren’t scared of heights, scaffolding offers a rewarding pathway to advance in the construction industry.  There’s a degree of physical fitness required because you’ll be handling heavy materials and spending most of your day on your feet, often high above the ground. But, if you have strong teamwork skills, this industry is heavily rewarding, and you’ll earn mates for life.
